Shipping Timeline

At Smile-em, we understand that timely and efficient delivery is crucial to serving our valued customers.

  • We process all orders within 1–2 business days, and most packages are shipped within 36 working hours.

  • The estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days depending on your location and stock availability.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

To optimize and streamline the delivery process, please note:

  • Items in your order may be shipped at different times depending on availability.

  • Typically, shipments are made within 1–2 business days following the shipping date.

  • We cannot guarantee the estimated delivery date, as delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events, customs inspections, or adverse weather conditions.

  • For security and fraud prevention, we may need to verify orders with customers, which could also cause delays.

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately before your package is shipped.


Shipping Charges

United States:

  • All orders qualify for Free Shipping.

Additional Costs:

  • If you request signature service, or if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, additional charges may apply.

  • If the shipping address is provided incorrectly due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped.

  • This confirmation will include your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.

  • You can use this tracking number to check your order status directly on the carrier’s website.

  • If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.


Damage Compensation

  • Smile-em is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping.

  • If your items are damaged or lost, you must contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.

  • Before filing a claim, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof.

Risk and Loss

  • All items purchased from Smile-em are subject to a shipping contract.

  • This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Smile-em monitors and records all reports of missing, absent, erroneous, or damaged items.

  • Lost, missing, or erroneous/damaged items must be reported within 7 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered.

  • For erroneous or damaged items, photographs must be submitted.

  • Smile-em reserves the right to limit and/or deny reshipments and/or refunds of any order/item under any circumstances.

  • In the event of a courtesy reshipment, the reshipped order is not eligible for return and/or refund.
